Project evidence should show the brief, decisions and result.

VELA will publish only documented project records with confidential client and supplier information removed where necessary.

What will a VELA case study include?

Each published case will identify the project type, sourcing categories, client inputs, supplier-selection approach, key specification or quality risks, inspection evidence, consolidation plan and verified outcome. VELA will not invent savings percentages, supplier counts, delivery times or client testimonials.

Evidence standard

Useful cases answer operational questions.

Names and commercially sensitive details may be redacted, but the sourcing decisions and supporting evidence must remain understandable.

Project brief

Buyer type, destination, product scope, drawings or BOQ inputs and purchasing constraints.

Supplier decisions

Why specialist suppliers were selected and how quotations were normalized.

Quality evidence

Approved samples, inspection findings, corrective actions and release records.

Shipment preparation

Warehouse receiving, consolidation, packing, loading and third-party logistics handover.

Publication status

Verified case records are being prepared.

This page intentionally does not present placeholder clients or fabricated results. Future case pages will be added only after the underlying photographs, project facts and publishable evidence have been reviewed.

Current evidence: original VELA showroom, supplier, factory and material-selection photographs are already used throughout this draft. Project-specific commercial results remain unpublished until verified.
