Who are VELA’s project sourcing solutions for?

VELA primarily supports private villa owners, hotel teams, property developers and interior designers. Each project is organized around its plans, product schedule, specifications, quantities, budget, destination and implementation dates so different factories can be coordinated through one purchasing record.

Buyer types

Different projects require different controls.

Supplier selection, sample approval, production records and shipment sequencing should reflect how the finished space will be delivered.

Project controls

One master brief, several specialist suppliers.

VELA does not assume one factory is suitable for every category. Furniture, cabinetry, stone, sanitary ware, lighting and doors or windows may require different suppliers. The project stays coordinated through shared item codes, specifications, approval references, schedules and inspection records.

Project questions

Scope and coordination answers.

Can VELA coordinate furniture and building materials for one project?

Yes. VELA can coordinate furniture, cabinets, tiles, stone, sanitary ware, lighting, doors, windows and related interior materials across specialist suppliers under one procurement plan.

What should a villa or hotel project send first?

Send plans, room or product schedules, BOQ where available, quantities, dimensions, reference images, finish requirements, budget, destination and required dates.

Can the project be managed remotely?

Yes. Quotations, supplier options, samples, production updates, inspection evidence and approval records can be coordinated online. Physical samples can be sent by air when required.

Can VELA manage phased shipments?

Phased coordination may be possible when order readiness, storage, packing and freight arrangements are planned in advance. Each shipment scope and logistics charge must be confirmed with the selected provider.

Does VELA manage installation at destination?

Destination installation and site management are not included in VELA’s standard China sourcing scope. Any installation support must be separately defined with qualified local providers.
