Private Foshan sourcing service
VELA Home Global plans focused Foshan showroom and factory visits around the buyer’s product list, style, budget, project stage and available time.
Plan a Foshan sourcing day
VELA Home Global offers a private eight-hour Foshan sourcing day for USD 150 for up to three guests. It includes route planning, Foshan hotel pickup and drop-off, a private car and driver, fuel, parking, tolls, showroom or factory visits and English-Chinese supplier communication. Lunch, purchases, samples and separately quoted third-party services are not included.
Who it is for
A productive visit requires a product list and priorities before arrival. One generic tour cannot serve a villa buyer, hotel team and building-material importer equally well.
Categories, quantities, dimensions and rooms or project areas.
Images, drawings, mood boards, materials and finish direction.
Target category budgets and the quality level expected.
Dates, available days, party size and any factory priorities.
Service decisions
The private sourcing day and any later purchasing coordination are separate scopes. Buyers can use the visit as a standalone service or agree an additional follow-up scope after supplier selection.
An eight-hour private route, normally 09:00–17:00, for up to three guests. Foshan hotel pickup, private car, driver, fuel, parking, tolls, route planning and English-Chinese communication are included.
If the buyer proceeds with orders, an agreed purchasing-support scope can continue at 3% of product value with a USD 200 minimum. It is optional and confirmed separately.
Routes may cover furniture, cabinetry, lighting, stone, tiles, sanitary ware, doors, windows and finishes across relevant Foshan, Lecong, Longjiang, Shunde or Nanhai locations.
Lunch, purchases, samples, formal inspection, laboratory testing, warehousing, packing, loading, freight, duties and destination services are not included in the sourcing-day price.
Project evidence
Travel time, appointment availability and product complexity determine what can be covered. VELA groups relevant suppliers by location and purchasing decision so the day remains practical.

Working process
VELA groups the route by category and location, then records selected models and follow-up information.
Clarify categories, priorities, style, budget and available time.
Select relevant showrooms and arrange factory appointments where needed.
Provide local transport and English-Chinese supplier communication while recording shortlisted products.
Choose whether to stop after the visit or agree a separate order-support scope.
Outputs and boundaries
| Output | What it records |
|---|---|
| Visit route | Showrooms and appointments selected for the project brief. |

| Quotation follow-up | Confirmed dimensions, materials, finishes, quantities and terms. |
| Next-step plan | Samples, factory checks, order confirmation or further comparison. |
Responsibility boundary: The USD 150 sourcing day includes the stated Foshan route, local transport and communication support. It does not guarantee that every requested factory will accept an appointment, and it does not include engineering, legal advice, formal audit, laboratory testing, warehousing, freight, duties or destination compliance services.
Buyer questions
VELA Home Global: The private eight-hour day includes route planning, Foshan hotel pickup and drop-off, private car and driver, fuel, parking, tolls, relevant showroom or factory visits and English-Chinese supplier communication for up to three guests.
VELA Home Global: No. The sourcing day and optional after-tour support are separate. You can complete the visit without appointing VELA for later order coordination.
VELA Home Global: It depends on the number of categories, factory visits and decisions required. VELA reviews the product list before recommending a route.
VELA Home Global: Factory appointments depend on the product brief, supplier relevance and factory availability. VELA confirms suitable appointments where possible but does not promise access to every requested factory.
VELA Home Global: Send your dates, Foshan hotel, guest count, product list, quantities, dimensions, references, quality expectations, budget and destination information.
VELA Home Global: Yes. Freight and destination services remain separate, and the buyer may appoint their own freight forwarder.
Related buyer questions
VELA Home Global plans visits around purchase decisions and follows showroom selections with specification, quotation and supplier confirmation.
VELA Home Global answer: VELA can provide in-person market accompaniment at USD 150 per day. The route should be planned around the buyer’s categories, style, budget and available time; factory appointments and any special transport requirements should be confirmed in advance.
VELA Home Global answer: Foshan concentrates furniture showrooms, furniture factories and specialist clusters for ceramics, sanitary ware, cabinetry, stone, lighting and related interiors. VELA uses this supplier density to compare products and coordinate multi-category projects locally.
VELA Home Global answer: Lecong is mainly used for showroom browsing, style comparison and product shortlisting, while Longjiang is associated with furniture manufacturing. VELA can use showroom visits for discovery and factory checks for production capability and custom requirements.
VELA Home Global answer: The required time depends on the number of categories, whether factories must be visited and how many decisions are ready to make. VELA asks for a product list before planning the route so the visit is based on project scope rather than a generic day count.
VELA Home Global answer: A focused one-day route is possible when the buyer has a clear product list, style and budget. VELA can arrange market accompaniment, but one day is not sufficient for extensive custom development, many factory visits or final approval of complex specifications.
VELA Home Global answer: The right showrooms depend on room types, public areas, design level, quantity and budget. VELA first reviews the hotel’s FF&E schedule or product list, then selects relevant showroom and factory appointments instead of recommending the same route to every buyer.
VELA Home Global answer: Factory visits can be combined with a Lecong showroom route when appointments are arranged in advance. VELA’s local team can support supplier communication and in-person market accompaniment; the required factories and transport plan are confirmed before the visit.
VELA Home Global answer: List each product’s quantity, dimensions, material, finish, color, reference image, target quality, budget and destination. VELA uses this information to group categories, shortlist relevant suppliers and reduce time spent in unsuitable showrooms.
VELA Home Global answer: VELA records the selected model and confirms dimensions, materials, finishes, quantities, price, payment terms and production requirements before order release. The next stages are deposit, production follow-up, pre-shipment inspection and shipment preparation.
VELA Home Global answer: Travel time and route depend on the Guangzhou starting point, traffic and the selected Foshan market. VELA confirms current meeting points and visit arrangements for accompanied sourcing days rather than publishing a fixed transfer-time guarantee.
